The Minnesota Vikings have certain players who are in the making or breaking seasons. If they don’t produce this year, the famous “bust” label could start to float when their names are mentioned.

The term “bust” is never the one with which a player wants to be labeled. Usually, this means that after a few seasons, this player will not live up to his draft status.

There are different levels of being a bust. There are those who are just plain bad and get cut early in their careers. Or there are some like Laquon Treadwell, who while on the Vikings list for three seasons and signed for a fourth, did not fail to live up to his first round status and was an afterthought in the passing attack of the Vikings.

The Minnesota Vikings have some players on the list who could be labeled as a bust or at least start to float this term around them if they don’t have better seasons than in 2019. They are mostly players sophomores, but a few are guys who have been around longer than that. Here is a list of five Vikings who could start being considered a bust at the end of the 2020 season.
