Bartone, who celebrated her adulthood a month ago, ranks 929th in the WTA, while Benoui ranks 253rd. The rating is currently frozen, and until the WTA season resumes, it is not possible for athletes to reach the ranking points in training tournaments and other types of matches.
Bartone announced in the winter that he was looking to acquire German citizenship to represent the country’s team in the future. There is currently no official information on whether the tennis player has already changed his nationality.
