Denis Odoi is on 1 match from return to Premier League | football England

Fulham relegated from the Premier League last season, with Odoi. It managed to keep his squad together for the most part. Aleksandar Mitrovic (ex-Anderlecht) also remained loyal to the club. He would prove to be of gold value with 26 goals in the regular season, in which Fulham just missed out on direct promotion.

It can now go up to the Premier League via the play-offs. Cardiff City received a 0-2 hit in the first game. Fulham could afford a small 1-2 loss in the return match, in which Odoi would play for fifteen minutes. That one goal was scored by Neeskens Kebano (ex-Charleroi and -Genk), who has really blossomed in recent months.

On Tuesday, Brentford will be the opponent in the final, in what has traditionally been called “the most expensive football match on earth”. After all, the winner of that game is assured of some sloppy 200 million euros, mainly in TV funds.
