Barcelona released their new away kit for 2020-21 on Friday and, as we have seen before, it is a rather elegant number.
The Catalan giants will be completely black with a golden finish on their travels next season. Here’s what Lionel Messi looks like in the new strip.
According to Nike, the kit is “inspired by the electric atmosphere of Barcelona at night. When the sun sets, the avenues of the Catalan capital come to life, bringing energy and light to the isolated dark buildings.”
The kit is completed by black shorts, with the club’s emblem in gold. The socks are also black but have the boat and the club badge in gold.

“Black and gold go really well together and the kit looks really sharp. It’s been a few years since we had black, so it’s a nice change to get it back. “
The shirt is made of recycled polyester from plastic bottles and is available for purchase today.
