Ibrahim Diallo puts an end to his playing career. The 23-year-old Malian stays with his club KAS Eupen and becomes a video analyst at the U21 and the youth. In addition, he will also work daily with the technical staff of the A-team.
Diallo sustained a serious knee injury in 2017 that ended his professional career abruptly. He then remained under contract with Eupen, but would not play for a minute.
Diallo now has a position in the context of the club, where his career started in the summer of 2014. Before that, Diallo received his training at the ASPIRE Academy in Senegal.
In early 2015, he signed for Valencia, where he was placed in the B core. The former defender was allowed to play four times in the Copa del Rey, but never in La Liga. Diallo returned to Eupen in the summer of 2016. He was a regular there that season under Jordi Condom.
