Arsenal won the trip to the headquarters of Wolverhampton Wanderers. After the match Wolves vs Arsenal, the Gunners hope to penetrate the European zone.

Arsenal travel to Molineux Stadium to face Wolves in the English League on Saturday (07/07/2020) night WIB. Mikel Arteta’s squad closed the match with a convincing 2-0 victory.

The victory saw Arsenal move up to seventh with 49 points from 33 matches. The positive achievement made Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang et al get closer to the big four competition.

The London club are now eight points away from Chelsea, who are ranked fourth alias the Champions League zone deadline. Arteta is optimistic that his team can compete for the top four positions.

“This is a step forward, the more solid we are, the better chance of winning matches. This is all thanks to 11 players who were able to defend it,” Arteta said after the match, quoted from Mirror.

“I am pleased with the results after the game against Brighton, but I say that we cannot give anything to the opponent. Hopefully this gives us a better chance to win the match,” he added.

“We have no mistakes, even though two weeks ago it was not possible. We have to compete with intensity like this and make difficulties for the opponents. We will wait and see,” he said.
