The Patriots have another quarterback in the building.
According to ESPN, New England signed Cam Newton for a one-year incentive agreement. Newton joins Jarrett Stidham, Brian Hoyer and the undrafted recruits J’Mar Smith and Brian Lewerke in the Patriots’ quarter hall.
