Deep Roots at Neerpede

Both interim managers bring extensive familiarity with the club’s youth setup at Neerpede. Yannick Kindermans, son of youth coordinator Jean Kindermans, has spent multiple seasons working within the purple-and-white organization. His previous duties include scouting for the senior squad, and he transitioned to assistant coach under Coen ahead of last season, succeeding René Peeters in that role.

Marvin Ogunjimi joined the Anderlecht youth academy in July 2025. The former Belgium international previously collaborated with Coen at KV Mechelen’s Under-23 side before arriving in Brussels to work as a youth striker coach. Over the next three weeks, Ogunjimi steps directly into the dugout to assist Kindermans.

The primary mandate for the newly formed interim staff is restoring confidence within a struggling dressing room. With the team searching for its first three-point haul of the season, the immediate focus centers on halting the negative momentum in the Challenger Pro League.
