Gualeguaychú to Host National Archery Tournament: Road to the National Final

Tournament Format and Official Sanctioning

The competition is officially designated as a 70/70 and 50/50 Outdoor Homologation Tournament (Gualeguaychú Municipal Station). Action will unfold at the local Tiro con Arco Gualeguaychú grounds, situated along the Acceso Sur General Artigas between Florida and Public Street 5583 (El Día). Organizers confirmed that the event is jointly organized by the host club and jointly overseen by the Argentine Archery Federation (FATARCO) and the Entre Ríos Archery Federation (FETARCO).

Participants and Regional Representation

Eighty-four archers are scheduled to step up to the shooting line (Gualeguaychú Municipal Station). The field includes competitors representing all 16 clubs affiliated with the Entre Ríos Archery Federation, alongside visiting delegations from other Argentine provinces and members of the official Argentine National Selection team (El Día).

Schedule and National Finals Qualification

Competition gets underway at 9:00 a.m. local time and will run continuously through the afternoon (Gualeguaychú Municipal Station). Organizers have scheduled the official awards ceremony and closing presentations for 4:00 p.m. (El Día). Beyond local podium honors, victors across the various competitive categories will secure direct qualification to the upcoming National Finals (Gualeguaychú Municipal Station).

Admission to the grounds is entirely free and open to the general public (El Día). Organizers have arranged an on-site canteen service to accommodate spectators and visiting delegations throughout the day (Gualeguaychú Municipal Station), inviting local sports enthusiasts to observe top-tier national competitors up close.
