GUBBIO – At the Mazzatinti high school campus, school and sport met in a moment that united creativity, commitment and territory. The awards ceremony took place in recent days Matilde Volpistudent of the fourth class of Design, author of the official logo of Archery Master Cupa national event hosted in Gubbio from 12 to 14 September 2025. An important recognition, delivered by Lorenzo Pecci, president of the Archers of Gubbio, and by Ivano Vannini, president of the Augusta Perusia Archers of Perugia, who wanted to enhance the contribution of a young designer capable of translating the spirit of the competition into images. The graphic logo created by Matilde was chosen to represent the entire event, becoming the distinctive sign of an event that attracted athletes and enthusiasts from all over Italy. The experience was not limited to an educational exercise, but took on the contours of a real professional assignment, with a real client and concrete objectives. A path that well interprets the approach of the Design curriculum of the Art School, oriented towards practical training and open to comparison with the outside world. Through projects like this, the school strengthens its ties with local associations and institutions, offering students authentic opportunities for growth. The result achieved by Matilde Volpi tells of an institute capable of cultivating talents and transforming learning into active participation in the cultural and social life of the city.
