Vondrousova argued that the testing officer did not follow standard procedures during the attempt, leading her to refuse entry to the official. She did not provide a sample, which constitutes a violation under World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) rules for tampering or refusing a test.
The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) has been informed of the incident and is pursuing the case.
