PSV Transfer News: Fee Agreed for Player Signing

PSV has reached an ‘outline agreement’ with Hellas Verona for Alphadjo Cissè. That’s what it writes Eindhovens Dagblad. Previously, the news came from Italy that both clubs had found each other, but this news has now also been confirmed from the Netherlands.

On Wednesday afternoon, transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio reported that PSV and Hellas Verona had agreed on a deal for Cissè. He is currently rented out to Catanzaro by the Serie A club, but he will soon sign a contract in Eindhoven. According to PSV watcher Rik Elfrink, the transfer has now been completed, while that was not the case on Wednesday.

Following Di Marzio, he now also writes it Eindhovens Dagblad that there is an outline agreement between PSV and Hellas Verona. According to the newspaper, the people of Eindhoven will pay between seven and eight million euros for the nineteen-year-old Italian midfielder.

Di Marzio reported that Catanzaro and Hellas Verona were still fighting for compensation and it is unknown whether that conflict has now been resolved. Cissè played 21 games in Serie B this season, scoring six times and providing one assist. He played four games for the main team of Hellas Verona, three of which were in Serie A.
