The black-and-white club announced through its official channels that the Portuguese football player was transferred to his former team, Benfica. With the statement, it was stated that the agreement between the parties was completed, and it was stated that the 32-year-old player decided to continue his career in his country. Rafa Silva, whose departure from Beşiktaş was finalized, left the team, leaving a significant transfer income to the black-and-white club. According to the agreement, the Portuguese football player was transferred for a net transfer fee of 5 million euros and a bonus of 2 million euros. Including bonuses, your total value will reach approximately 7 million euros. According to the information reported by Portuguese press A Bola, it was stated that Rafa Silva, who earns a net annual salary of approximately 6 million euros in Türkiye, will have an annual income of approximately 2.2 million euros within the scope of his new contract in Benfica.
