The competition slogan of the 2025 Wuhan City Football Super League is “The Romance of Three Towns”, and the age range of participating players is 16 to 55 years old. The competition is divided into urban group and college group. The urban group competition started in mid-August. In the first stage of the competition, 16 urban teams were divided into three competition areas: Wuchang, Hankou and Hanyang. In the second stage of the competition, Wuchang Division champion East Lake High-Tech Team, Hankou Division Champion Jiang’an Team and Hanyang Division Champion Caidian competed in a home and away double cycle.
