GReeeeN’s 4-member vocal group GRe4N BOYZ has announced their activities under a new artist name and is attracting a lot of attention!
GRe4N BOYZ has written the official theme song for the Resona Group B.LEAGUE 2025-26 SEASON, which is currently being held by the Japan Professional Basketball League (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Shinji Shimada, hereinafter referred to as “B.LEAGUE”)! Also, the global group &TEAM, who serves as the official ambassador for B.LEAGUE 10th, will be singing as “OTAKEBI feat. &TEAM”, and &TEAM members will also appear in the music video!
GRe4N BOYZ has released songs related to numerous sports, and in the area of basketball, they are in charge of the official cheering song for the Japan Men’s and Women’s Basketball Basketball Team Akatsuki Five (currently AKATSUKI JAPAN), “Kachi Doki”. In addition, GRe4N BOYZ member 92 himself is an experienced basketball player and has a deep knowledge of basketball. This time, the official theme song “OTAKEBI feat. “OTAKEBI feat. &TEAM” is a passionate cheering song that fills the players, spectators, and the entire match venue with energy!

The music video that was released features &TEAM members as basketball players and depicts a fierce basketball battle! NICHOLAS, who is also an experienced basketball player, will be the main character, and will fight against a strong team with EJ, MAKI, FUMA, YUMA, HARUA, and TAKI. The story of the main character, played by NICHOLAS, who has been working hard despite not being able to secure a spot in the starting lineup, is selected in an important match and becomes the key to a comeback! Be sure to check out the ＆TEAM members actually wearing their uniforms and playing basketball, as well as NICHOLAS’s brilliant dribbling and turns! Also, during the chorus, all the cast members performed a dance that included an original pose that resembled the “fang” that appears in the lyrics of “OTAKEBI feat. &TEAM”! The POV (Personal View Video) that appears at key points further enhances the heated battle between the &TEAM members, so be sure to enjoy the expressions on EJ and MAKI’s faces and their communication on the court from NICHOLAS’s point of view.
What’s more, Kazuma Tsuya, who belongs to Sanen Neo Phoenix of the men’s professional basketball league “B.LEAGUE”, appears for the first time in a music video as the opponent of &TEAM members! Tsuya is one of the players to watch in the league, as he will be selected to the Japan men’s national team for the first time in February 2025. On the other hand, despite being born with a hearing impairment, he is active as a first-class professional basketball player, and in 2018, he represented Japan in the “U21 Deaf Basketball World Championship,” in which players with hearing impairments participate, and contributed to the runner-up victory. He won the top scorer title and was also named tournament MVP. Because he himself has a hearing disability, he has a sense of mission to “help others” and “become a goal,” and contributes to society in many ways. His close friends, GRe4N BOYZ’s 92, respect Tsuya’s attitude and asked him to appear in this music video!

We have recently created the official theme song for Resona Group B.LEAGUE 2025-26 SEASON.
I’m very happy to be able to create a basketball song during this important season that will be the 10th anniversary of B.LEAGUE and the bridge to B.League’s innovation starting next year.
I hope it will be a song that overlaps with the OTAKEBI given by the players and coaches and the OTAKEBI created by the audience at the venue!!!!
【B.LEAGUE】
The domestic men’s professional basketball league “B.LEAGUE” has 40 clubs, 26 clubs in B1 and 14 clubs in B2.
“Resona Group B.LEAGUE 2025-26 SEASON”, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary, will feature 60 regular season games for each of B1 and B2 over approximately seven months, with the top eight clubs advancing to the postseason to determine the annual champion.
