Successes and podiums for the Enna team in the first stage valid for the regional and national title FITAST–FITARCO–CSEN
Yesterday the FITAST – FITARCO – CSEN 3D Regional Winter Championship officially opened, a competition also valid for access to the CNational championship. The race took place in the evocative setting of San Marco d’Alunzio, near the archaeological area of Piano Cuppa, an ancient sacred site from the Hellenistic era.
The competing athletes particularly appreciated the organization taken care of by the Aluntini archers, who set up 20 technical and well-structured pitches. The route offered not only high-level sporting challenges, but also a highly fascinating landscape context, with a view of the Aeolian Islands and the ancient Greek Alontion in the background.
Remarkable performances for the Enna archers, absolute protagonists of the competition with important results in various categories. Four athletes took first place in their respective specialties, confirming the high technical level of the team.
In detail, the following reached the top step of the podium: Marianna Mazza, first place in the Madonna Arco Foggia Storica category; Raffaele Chiarandà, winner in the Messere Arco Foggia Storica category; Marisa Barbera, first place in the Madonna Arco Storico category; Michele Milano, first place in the Messere Arco Storico category. Good result also for Loredana Notaro, who obtained fifth place in the Madonna Arco Tradizionale category.
The seasonal debut therefore confirms the excellent form of the Enna archers and opens the path towards the next championship events in the best possible way.
