The French Archery Federation was retained by the French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF) to implement a declination of the program 300 club within our network. This support aims to strengthen the place of women in the governance functions of the sports movement and thus contribute to the feminization of sport.
After having supported several women in the promotions of the 300 club, the French Archery Federation takes a new stage by launching, in partnership with the CNOSF, its own federal promotion of the system.
This program aims to support 20 to 24 leaders In strengthening their skills, in order to consolidate their commitment and promote their access to positions of responsibility within clubs, committees or federal bodies. Over a period of approximately a year, the participants will benefit from a structured course combining:
- online training modules (management, communication, leadership, etc.);
- interactive virtual classes led by experts;
- two face -to -face seminars (launch and fence);
- co-development workshops around concrete issues;
- Exchange and networking times between participants.
