In the first two to three weeks it is about getting understanding of the new system, Schaider said, then the finishing touches. This consists of a chain of five, three midfielder and a double top. “We know that in the 2nd league we cannot play as we did in the regional league,” explains the head coach. Further: “We still want to have possession of the ball, but then find other solutions from the system. In the 2nd league we won’t be able to run for 90 minutes on top. We have to be stable and create one or the other switching campaign.”
