The Chicago Bulls have announced the hiring of Onuralp Bitim as a standard player on a multi-year deal. The Turkish guard had only played two games with the Illinois team, but his performance in the G League has earned him the last spot on the roster.
Bitim was being one of the best shooters in the affiliate league, averaging more than 3 triples per game with over 43% success rate. Although in the NBA he has not yet scored a single point in the 5 minutes he has on the court.

Until now Bitim had a dual contract with the Bulls. Condition that he shared with Adama Sanogo and Henri Dell, forcing one of them to sign to fill the 15 rotation positions and the two two-ways additional.
