This Tuesday the most comprehensive sports competition in the province began with the inter-school tests at CePARD. They will continue until mid-September where they will qualify for the Evita Games in Mar del Plata.

Lot JMissionary Sports Games, which have been held since 2016, mean a great incentive for many of the athletes who find a structure to compete and climb at the local, provincial and national level. On this occasion, from this Tuesday, May 30, the 2023 edition will be held.

First of all, from the athletics track of the CePARD Interscholastic competitions for children began. It was recreationally as part of the beginning. Then the tests will be for more youthful categories and in other disciplines such as yoga, chess, volleyball among others. “We have something innovative in the country that is the school trail. There the boys have fun, jogging or running in a very missionary environment like the jungle, or the field,” he said. He also valued the scenario where they can develop the activity. “It is a blessing for the boys to have this track and see the athletics itself“, he claimed.

“It is a beautiful opportunity for all institutions. In physical education classes sometimes due to reduced spaces it is not possible to address a motor background for the boys. It is a new experience and allows us to see that the child can feel comfortable being on the move and developing in a sport“, held Eric Nagelphysical education teacher.

Missionary Sports Games will have 63 modalities for youth, adapted, urban and older adults. As it happens year after year, after the provincial finals, the qualifiers will achieve the National Games Evita to be held between September 25 and 30 in Silver Sea.

The Missionary Sports Games mean a federal and inclusive competition that unites and provides opportunities for participants from all over the province, with the aim of generating a sense of belonging and promoting the values ​​of sport, such as fair play, respect, solidarity, teamwork, friendship, effort and joy, among others.
