[À VOIR] Effortless one-handed catch for a fan

Some fans go to baseball games to witness the exploits of the players on the field and others go there to show off. A skilful supporter of the Toronto Blue Jays was invited in this second category, Tuesday evening.

In the third inning of a duel against the Milwaukee Brewers at the Rogers Centre, this man caught a foul ball with disconcerting ease.

Moments earlier, the fan had his eyes glued to his phone when a ball hit by William Contreras arrived in his direction. Not even leaving his seat, he stretched out his left arm to catch the projectile with his bare hands.

Perhaps trying to chase the pain away after that highlight, the man didn’t automatically celebrate. However, he seemed very proud of his shot and was congratulated by the Jays fans around him.

One thing is certain, it will give him a great anecdote to tell.
