The joking archers of Plaisance Tir Sportif have achieved good results in regional competition. Three young archers licensed at the club were qualified for the Occitanie indoor archery championships in Auch: Amélie Torraille in junior women’s recurve bow, Josué Banquet, in junior men’s compound bow, and Jean-Baptiste Vaille, in cadet man recurve bow. In the morning, the qualifying shots took place for the afternoon duels, for which all 3 qualified. Jean-Baptiste Vaille lost to the 1st in qualifying. Amélie Torraille qualified for the semi-final where she lost to the future champion of Occitanie; she will finish in 4th place. Finally, performance by Josué Banquet who finished 5th in compound archery in a very tough competition. These last championships ended the indoor season and the outdoor season is about to begin.
