The family of former hockey representative Radek Duda (43) is experiencing really difficult days. The man, who became famous for his boisterous behavior on and off the ice, is worried about his seven-year-old son Radek, who has an outbreak of acute myeloid leukemia.

At the end of the year, people always take stock and wish each other happiness and health. Both will be needed by the son of hockey rebel Radek Duda, who learned from doctors on November 22 that his beloved son Radek suffers from acute myeloid leukemia.

“It’s her birthday, we only have one wish. On November 22, 2022, he developed acute myeloid leukemia, with which we are now fighting. The fight is not easy, but so much love overcomes even the worst disease, otherwise it is not even possible,” Duda, who now works as a coach, described his feelings on Instagram.

Radek Duda is a former professional hockey player. He played for the national team at the World Cup in 2003. He was drafted by Atlanta, but did not make it to the NHL. His promising career was hindered by problematic behavior on and off the ice. In 2012, he was sentenced to three months in prison, suspended for one year, for assaulting a pensioner at a pedestrian crossing. Duda claimed that he only pinched the pensioner in the face. He had an affair with presenter Martina Gavriely, who said during the breakup that Duda was an immature man during the relationship. Currently, Duda and his partner are taking care of their son Ráďa, who has an outbreak of acute myeloid leukemia.

For example, Kristian Reichel, who is the son of the Olympic winner from Nagano, Robert Reichel, is keeping his fingers crossed for little Rád. “You can do it, I’m sending you a lot of strength,” junior hockey representative Pavel Novák also joined the fans with his message.
