Province and Municipality agree to improve infrastructure in clubs and spas

A few days ago, the Secretary of Sports, Recreation and Inclusion, Prof. Jorge Córdoba, visited the head of the Independencia department, who, together with the Director and Coordinator of Sports, Prof. Daniel Tobares and Mariano Lujan, in the company of the Minister of Development, Alfredo Menem and Mr. Mayor, Prof. Eduardo de la Vega toured the different sports points.

The officials began with the facilities of School No. 20 where the practices and training of the Badminton Municipal School take place, a sport that has gained several followers and of which 6 players were able to represent the Department and province in the past Games. Nationals Evita.

Then they moved to the town gym, where the possibility of initiating athletes interested in the discipline of weight lifting, an Olympic sport that is also part of the Evita Games, was raised, and instilling in all those who attend the physical care and importance of a good diet

They then arrived at the bocce court, where they analyzed the perimeter closure and condition the place for a better comfort of the local bochophiles.

Next, they went to the Sports Center shed and analyzed the improvements to be made for the practice of basketball as well as skateboarding that has provided so many satisfactions.

Later they toured the property of the pool and a prompt renovation and start-up of the same was promised to be up to the circumstances and other spas in the province and to be able to carry out the vacation camp and swimming school for boys, youth and adults.

Finally, one of the main desires of this management was raised, the perimeter closure of these facilities and the recovery of the soccer field, objectives to work on next year.
