The Venezuelan Miguel Cabrera has become a specialist in three-hit games in the Major League Baseball (MLB) during his career.
Miggy already has seven games with three hits with the Detroit Tigers so far in the 2022 Major League Baseball campaign. The first game with a trio of hits in 2022 was recorded on April 14 against the Kansas City Royals.
The last triplicate challenge of the Tigre Mayor de Venezuela came on Tuesday, June 21 at Feway Park against the Boston Red Sox.
Miguel Cabrera’s first three-hit game in the MLB was recorded on July 5, 2003 against the Philadelphia Phillies, when he was wearing the Miami Marlins jersey.

The maracayero already has 246 games with a trio of hits for life in the MLB. The one from La Pedrera got his 3,000th hit this year (May 23) against the Colorado Rockies at Comerica Park.
The 39-year-old Venezuelan has accumulated 65 hits in the year, and 3,052 in his career. Cabrera is one behind Panamanian Rod Carew, who is in the 27th position of all time.
