Basketball courts in Selamiçeşme Freedom Park, one of the most frequented parks of Kadıköy; With the support of Kadıköy Municipality, the sports brand was renewed in cooperation with Nike and Sportive. Designed by graphic designer and illustrator Dilara Akbal, the project represents the unity and struggle of two fields side by side, inspired by the power of “equality” and “unity”, which are the two most important principles of sports. The hearts in the hands of the teams in the design symbolize the love of basketball that brings everyone together on this court.
Kadıköy Mayor Şerdil Dara Odabaşı visited the park and examined the project that combines basketball and art culture on site. Odabaşı, who was interested in basketball, played basketball on the field with the sports trainers of the Youth and Sports Services Directorate.
