Móstoles Council Holds Free Youth Event on May 25

The Móstoles City Council will host a free afternoon of archery, trampolining, slacklining, and juggling for teenagers aged 12 to 17 on Saturday, May 25, running from 17:00 to 20:00, municipal officials reported.

Activities Across Two Municipal Venues in Móstoles

Specialized monitors will supervise all activities at both sites.

The sports lineup features an archery zone equipped with beginner gear, including suction-cup arrows and official bows supplied by the Federación Española de Tiro con Arco. Participants can also try badminton on a net, jump on trampolines open to all age groups, or navigate a skills circuit featuring stilts and cooperative skis designed for duels in pairs or groups.

Circus Arts and Indoor Gaming Options

Beyond traditional sports, the program introduces youth to circus disciplines through introductory slackline setups and ball-juggling stations. For those seeking quieter pursuits, an indoor area provides board games such as Dixit, Jungle, Dooble, and Virus.

Meanwhile, the Centro de Juventud e Infancia Pablo Ráez will house a projector setup for interactive dancing sessions featuring songs from the video game Just Dance.

Registration takes place on-site on the day of the event. Upon registering at the entrance reception point—where staff will verify participants using a QR code—each attendee receives a ticket redeemable for popcorn and a bottle of water.

Network of Municipal Youth Spaces

The upcoming festival highlights Móstoles’ broader network of youth facilities, which includes the Espacio Joven Coimbra located inside the IES Gabriel Cisneros, the Espacio Joven Falla at the IES Manuel de Falla, and designated areas operating within the CEIP Miguel Delibes, CEIP Príncipe de Asturias, and CEIP Severo Ochoa public schools.
