Both Ha Bac and Ha Nam maintain deep traditions in physical education, with residents regularly playing volleyball within their local communities.

Supporters filled the sidelines across the two-day schedule on October 17 and 18. Organizers noted that the regional event provided an opportunity for neighboring villages to interact, build stronger communal bonds, and expand grassroots sports movements.

In addition to the volleyball tournament, the Ngo Quyen district hosted a dedicated badminton exchange on the afternoon of October 16 at the Nguyen Thuong Hien Primary School gymnasium.
