Five Finger Death Punch Donates $200,000 to USA Athletes

Five Finger Death Punch Concludes North American Tour with $200,000 Donation to Olympic Programs

Five Finger Death Punch wrapped up the North American leg of its 20th Anniversary World Tour on Friday, October 23, 2026, at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, Virginia, by presenting a $200,000 donation to USA Judo and USA Cycling. The funds, drawn from a portion of ticket sales throughout the tour, are earmarked to support athletes training for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles.

Private Funding Fills Critical Gap for Team USA Athletes

Unlike many other nations, the United States does not provide direct federal funding to its Olympic and Paralympic teams. Private contributions remain essential for athletes navigating years of training expenses on the path to international competition. The band directed the $200,000 proceeds specifically toward competitors within the USA Judo, BMX Racing, and BMX Freestyle pipelines.

Guitarist Zoltan Bathory Cites Personal History with Judo

Zoltan Bathory, who began practicing judo at age nine and continues to compete, noted that the donation carries profound personal significance. “We cheer for our athletes when they step onto the world stage representing our country, but we also want to stand behind them during the years of work it takes to get there,” Bathory said. Vocalist Ivan Moody also reflected on the initiative, connecting the band’s support for BMX athletes to his own childhood riding bikes and the enduring backing of their fanbase.

Legacy Album Success and Chart Dominance

Alongside the tour’s philanthropic conclusion, the group continues to see commercial success from its tenth studio album, Legacy. Released in July, the record has accumulated over 60 million streams and charted in 18 countries, peaking at No. 2 on the US Top Digital Albums Chart. The album follows the lead single “Eye Of The Storm,” which secured the band’s 18th No. 1 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock chart, extending their record for the most consecutive No. 1s in the chart’s 45-year history, while the current single “Nails In The Coffin” has reached the rock radio Top 10.
