Carrarese Calcio 1908 Unveils Red Third Special Kit for Serie BKT Season

Carrarese Calcio 1908 and technical sponsor Givova have officially introduced the club’s new Third Special Kit for the 2026/2027 competitive campaign. Head coach Guido Pagliuca’s squad will wear the strip for the first time during the 10th round of the Serie BKT championship, facing Hellas Verona away at the Stadio Marcantonio Bentegodi.

Design Elements Inspired by 1980s Promotion Seasons

The red jersey draws direct inspiration from the club’s away kits of the 1980s, bridging past tradition with modern athletic apparel standards. Carrarese Calcio 1908 incorporated specific retro details into the new design, including a pointed white collar and the reintroduction of the circular club crest on an official match shirt. These styling cues honor the uniforms worn during the 1981/82 season—when the team won the Serie C2 championship and earned promotion to Serie C1—as well as the subsequent 1985/86 and 1986/87 campaigns.

Technical Specifications and Fan Mottos

Engineered for performance and durability, the kit is manufactured using 100% Polyester Interlock 130 GSM fabric. Givova integrated its new GivDry 2.0 technology into the manufacturing process, utilizing breathable properties designed to keep players’ skin dry while maintaining a secure fit during high-intensity competition. On the upper back of the jersey, the phrase “Il passato non si dimentica” is printed as a direct tribute to the city of Carrara and the club’s supporters.
