Boardroom Influx and Digital Growth
Rimini Calcio is in active negotiations with two prospective new investors slated to join the club’s board of directors in the near future. General manager Massimiliano Alvisi announced the discussions during a press conference covered by Newsrimini, pointing to the club’s recent organizational momentum as the primary driver behind the outside interest.
Alvisi noted that extensive digital engagement—including a promotional reel that surpassed 20,000 views—has elevated the club’s profile within the local business community. Beyond the boardroom developments, Rimini is expanding its footprint by integrating other local athletics into its stadium operations, welcoming the city’s newly promoted Serie A baseball squad into cooperative promotional arrangements.
RomagnaBanca Tiered Banking Incentive
The announcement preceded the team’s upcoming fixture against Sanpaimola, backed by local financial institution RomagnaBanca as match sponsor. Representatives Nicolino Ricci and Claudio Casadei outlined a commercial strategy designed to boost stadium attendance through a tiered banking incentive.

Under the arrangement, the bank will gift a club jersey to any new client who opens an account at one of its regional branches across Rimini, Cesena, and Ravenna. Casadei emphasized that the partnership aims for medium-to-long-term collaboration to help elevate the football club’s standing.
Weekend Merchandise Store Launch
Concurrently, the club is opening its dedicated merchandise store this weekend, starting Saturday at 2:00 PM local time. Alvisi reported that supporters have already reserved more than 320 jerseys ahead of the launch.
The retail outlet will remain open for thirty minutes past its initial closing time to accommodate fans across all stadium sectors. Club leadership is actively encouraging supporters to wear historical or current club colors to fill the venue.
Stadium Aesthetics and Matchday Logistics
The commercial rollout coincides directly with Rimini’s match against Sanpaimola. Club officials have focused heavily on boosting matchday turnout and enhancing stadium aesthetics through updated signage covering both the senior team and youth sector.
Kickoff details and operational logistics for the weekend fixture remain coordinated with local security and league authorities as the club prepares for the upcoming home match.
