Talent Development Through Free State Training
The Academia IPD operates as a free sports initiative run by the Instituto Peruano del Deporte, targeting children and adolescents between the ages of 6 and 17. The program aims to promote athletic participation, integral personal development, and the identification of high-performance prospects.
Through competitive appearances such as the XX Copa Internacional Regatas Lima Judo 2026, the institute seeks to strengthen the grassroots foundation of national sport. The initiative provides regional athletes with competitive exposure to advance their athletic pathways and represent their home departments.
