Pakistan weathered waves of pressure after the restart until the 64th minute, when a speculative strike from Teerasak caught a major deflection off Haris Zeb, leaving Butt helpless as the ball redirected into the net.

Teerasak erased any doubt regarding his earlier disallowed effort in the 84th minute. Playing onside, he gathered a loose ball deflection from Kakana Khamyok, calmly chipping past Butt to round out the 4-0 scoreline. No further goals were recorded through the remainder of the fixture.
