The estate’s initial releases center on two 100% Malbec wines: Pasión and Coraje. Pasión is crafted from a harvest executed in two passes to preserve natural fruit expression and acidity, utilizing concrete vats and French oak barrels for aging. Coraje involves a three-pass harvest targeting varying grape maturity levels to build structural complexity. The portfolio has since expanded with Teorema del Caos, adding a Chardonnay, a Malbec, and a Pinot Noir extra brut sparkling wine.
Gastronomy and Local Integration
Beyond winemaking, the estate features an on-site restaurant named Coraje, developed alongside Grupo Broda. The venue functions as the Mendocinian counterpart to the establishment Gandolfo operates in Milan, offering a menu that combines Argentine and Italian culinary traditions, including handmade pastas and open-fire meats.
The recent sunset event at the winery featured music curated by DJs Big Bruno and Bauti Filizzola, drawing local social figures and visitors to the Luján de Cuyo property for an afternoon centered around regional Malbec and the mountain landscape.
