Hospitalization and Pending Toxicology Screens

Six individuals sustained minor injuries in the multi-vehicle collision. As Zeelandnet reports, Maldini himself was among those lightly hurt and was transported to a local hospital for precautionary checks before being discharged later that same day. Alongside the breath tests, law enforcement subjected the player to a drug screening. Official results from that toxicology screening are pending and expected within three to four days.
