Qualification for the Final A6 rewards the top five finishers from Group C alongside the winner of Group D. The championship bracket begins with a pair of quarterfinal matchups: the third-place finisher from Group C faces the Group D winner, while the fourth-place Group C side plays the fifth-place Group C team. The top two teams from Group C earn direct byes into the semifinals.
The winner of the Final A6 secures direct promotion to the Tercera FEB. The tournament runner-up also earns an opportunity to pursue promotion through a secondary playoff phase alongside the second-place finishers from the Primera División Masculina competitions in Galicia and the Basque Country-Navarre.
