Truro, N.S. – Cédric Massé of the Edmundston Blizzard has been selected as the 2025-26 Goaltender of the Year for the Maritime Junior Hockey League (MHL). The announcement was made Thursday, March 21, 2026, by the league.
Massé, a 20-year-old hailing from Rimouski, Quebec, enjoyed a stellar season, tying Summerside’s Kolten Bourret for the second-lowest goals-against average in the MHL at 2.70. The award recognizes his consistent performance and crucial role in the Blizzard’s success throughout the 2025-26 campaign.
The netminder posted a record of 24 wins, 9 losses, 3 ties, and 1 overtime loss (24-9-3-1).
