Weekend Team Matches: Results & Resilience

Unfortunately, the weekend featured a lot of illness all around, which also meant several cancellations across the teams.

Our Senior Series 2 team was supposed to play at home against Skovlunde, but the opponents canceled. The match was therefore won without a game.

On Saturday, the U15D 2+2 team was away in Gentofte, where they met a reduced Gentofte team. It turned out to be a great 6–2 victory, and the team is now in 1st place in the pool with only one team match left 🥳

On Sunday, the U17/U19 D team, shared with Sorø, was in Glostrup for two team matches against Glostrup and Team Sydkysten respectively. It was a clear victory over Glostrup, while the match against Team Sydkysten was decided in a very close golden set, where we unfortunately had to see ourselves beaten. With one game remaining, the No. 2 team is in the pool 💪

The U15A 2+2 team, jointly with Slagelse, was supposed to have met Drive from Frederiksberg on Sunday, but the match was canceled due to illness among the opponents.

Finally, the U11 D team, together with Sorø and Lynge-Broby, played at home against Jernløse and Føllenslev on Sunday. Here it resulted in two victories, lots of good matches and valuable experience – including a golden set.

Thanks to all players, coaches and parents for their efforts this weekend 🙌
