Recruitment requirements

We operate the professional basketball team “Shinshu Brave Warriors” and work to energize the region through the power of sports, including running the B.LEAGUE event and planning and operating basketball clinics, schools, and local events.
In anticipation of entering the top league “B Premier” starting in the 2026-27 season, we will work with the local community, partner companies, and fan boosters to increase the value of the club and create a club that will be the pride of Shinshu.
We are currently looking for highly motivated individuals who can work with our team and front desk while growing day by day.

Necessary conditions

1.Corporate sales
・Corporate sales experience (regardless of years)

3.Public relations
・Experience in corporate public relations regardless of industry (regardless of years)
・PC skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, PremierePro)

・High school graduate or above
・Regular car license holder
・Basic PC and smartphone skills (email, Word, Excel, PPT, SNS, etc.)

・Work experience such as planning that spans multiple departments or external organizations
・Work experience as a leader or manager

working conditions

・Contract period: No fixed period
・Trial period: Yes (3 months)
・Working hours: 8:30-17:30 (1 hour break)
Subject to change when there are performances (events such as games)
・Work location: 2nd and 3rd floor, Tsuchiya Building, 384 Imai, Kawanakajima-cho, Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture
・Holidays: 110 days off per year *Depends on the company calendar (during the season, there is work on Saturdays and Sundays, and weekday holidays)
・Vacation: Summer vacation, paid vacation
・Overtime: Yes (about 20 hours per month on average)
・Salary: Estimated annual income 3 million to 5 million yen (including 45 hours of fixed overtime)
・Salary revision: Once a year/July
・Commuting allowance: Paid based on company regulations
・Social insurance: health insurance, welfare pension, workers’ compensation insurance, employment insurance
