Puerto Rico 2026 World Baseball Classic Roster – 25 Names Submitted

The Puerto Rico Baseball Federation (FBPR) reported that this morning 25 of the 30 names of the players who will make up the National Team for the 2026 World Baseball Classic were submitted.

The FBPR detailed that during the next few hours the process of delivering the roster with the five remaining players will be completed, as part of the final efforts to form the team.

Likewise, it was reported that this past Monday the FBPR asked Major League Baseball for a few additional hours to complete the delivery of the final roster, a request that was approved, allowing the process to be completed responsibly and in accordance with the tournament regulations.

As part of the agenda leading up to the World Baseball Classic, the FBPR announced that this Thursday, starting at 7:00 pm, a town activity will be held in the T-Mobile District, where the official announcement of the Puerto Rico team roster will be made.
