Slopestyle qualification for men – two attempts, the best of which counts, and 12 athletes advance to the final. Freestyle made its debut at the Winter Olympics in 1992 in Albertville, and since then the program has significantly expanded – alongside moguls, slopestyle, half-ramp, cross-country and other disciplines are also competed in.
