The Uganda Basketball Federation (FUBA) has formalized the appointment of Goran Lojo as head of the men’s national team. The 49-year-old Bosnian technician succeeds the American Georges Galanopoulos, who marked the last three editions of AfroBasket. Already a member of the Ugandan women’s selection, Goran Lojo distinguished himself on the international scene by lifting Bosnia-Herzegovina to 5th place in the 2021 women’s EuroBasket.
