Including, Karupathevan Letshanaa, the Malaysian women’s singles got a tough draw at the 2026 German Open.
JUARA.NET – Malaysian women’s singles won the 2026 German Open draw which cannot be said to be easy.
If there are no changes, the neighboring country will rely on Karupathevan Letshanaa and Wong Ling Ching in the tournament which will take place from February 24 to March 1.
Both of them appeared at the 2026 Asian Team Championship some time ago.
Unfortunately, they didn’t get a single win when they got the chance to compete.
Letshanaa faced Han Qian Xi when the Malaysian women’s team met China in the group phase.
He lost two straight games, where he lost quite badly, 18-21 and 10-21.
Once again trusted to appear in the match between Malaysia and South Korea, Letshanaa faced an even tougher enemy.
Instead of tin cans, he met the queen of world badminton, An Se-young.
At the hands of the world number one in women’s singles, Letshanaa finally fell, 11-21 and 11-21.
