Independiente Medellín will go out this Friday for its first victory in the Betplay 1-2026 League when it receives Internacional de Bogotá this Friday starting at 8:30 pm at the Atanasio Girardot Stadium.
After four disputed dates, the red team, which runs Alejandro Restrepo, adds two defeats (Pasto 1-0 and Cali 3-1) and two draws (Tolima 2-2 and Millonarios 0-0)a situation that requires a good result against the capital team that allows them to begin climbing the position table, where they are in 17th place with one point. Pasto leads with nine units.
“We have been working well, that’s why we are calm,” said DIM goalkeeper, Uruguayan Salvador Ichazo, after his team’s last game in Bogotá.

Their coach also indicated that the way his squad has been playing leaves them with positive feelings.
With that confidence they face the duel against Internacional de Bogotá, which is fifth with seven points.
