Arema FC Transfers: 2 Persija Players Join

BOLASPORT.COM – Arema FC officially brought in two new players on Saturday (31/1/2026) evening.

The two players are Rio Fahmi and Hansamu Yama.

Arema FC brought both of them from Persija on loan.

Yusrinal Fitriandi as General Manager of Arema FC explained that the recruitment of Rio Fahmi and Hansamu Yama was a request from the coach.

It is hoped that these two players can add depth to the Arema FC squad in the second round of the 2025-2026 Super League.

“The recruitment of Rio Fahmi and Hansamu Yama Pranata is the result of our evaluation with the coaching staff.”

“Arema FC needs additional quality and squad depth to face the remaining competitions, and these two players are considered to fit these needs,” said Yusrinal, reported by BolaSport.com from the official Arema FC website.

Furthermore, Yusrinal thanked Persija for giving Arema FC the opportunity to borrow Rio Fahmi and Hansamu.

Yusrinal hopes that the two players can adapt quickly and immediately adapt to Arema FC.
