A Roma once again in great offensive difficulty collapses in Bergamo. Gasperini’s return to Bergamo turns out to be decidedly bitter, the pupil Palladino manages to ferret him out and momentarily moves up to eighth place. Scalvini’s goal in the first half was decisive following Svilar’s less than perfect performance. Then Scamacca doubles but referee Fabbri annuls the goal after the VAR call. Now Roma have to deal with the return of Juve who, despite the draw with Lecce, catch the Giallorossi in fourth place.
