Saša Mitrofanov: Debunking Myths for Content Writers

Most people are blindfolded to understand what is happening. These claptraps in the form of various myths were the basis of the upbringing of several generations after the Second World War. This applies not only to the mentally challenged, but also to the smart.

Myth one: The world is a place where justice must reign, because the end of cruel history has come (Francis Fukuyama) and truth and love will triumph over lies and hatred (Václav Havel). Reality: An ancient rule expressed in words has fully returned to world politics A stronger dog… but you know what.

Myth two: The Czech Republic is part of the free democratic world led by the USA, which as the backbone of NATO protects us from the invasion of Russia. Reality: The current United States of America is getting closer and closer to Russia in terms of the elements of a dictatorship, and they no longer plan to protect Europe, including the Czech Republic. On the contrary, they identified Europe as a place where values that America does not share rule.

Myth three: Democracy in the West is rock solid. Reality: Voters in a number of Western countries have either already arranged in free elections, or are about to arrange, that their governments will be pro-Russian and anti-democratic.

Myth four: Czech society is mostly democratic and in this respect it is a step ahead of, say, Slovakian society. Reality: It only took a few weeks for the Czech government to match the Slovak government in its treachery. At the same time, “mostly democratic” voters beating their chests over the Czech flag entrusted the dismantling of Czech independence to two, if I may use their own vocabulary, imported politicians.

Myth Five: The majority of Czechoslovak society bore the Soviet occupation harshly after 1968 and constantly yearned for freedom. Reality: The majority of society at that time, especially in Slovakia, but also in the Czech Republic, did not like this regime, but they learned to live in it and some even in such a way as to extract as much material and powerful wealth from it as possible. Their nostalgic heirs now have their reign.

The people who argued to me on the network that this was not the case in their surroundings, it became clear that their surroundings were socially narrow and did not belong to the majority stream of workers, officials and peasants, among whom I moved throughout the 80s.

From this follows the demolition of the sixth and main myth: that society must unite. Reality it is such that trenches cannot be dug between lackeys and free people.

Who will be here with who. After throwing away the flaps, let everyone decide where they belong with their foundation.
