In the second phase of the competition, the top two in each of the four groups will advance to the quarter-finals.
This is how coach Dimitris Priftis presented the race:
«Bosna is a tough and physical team. They always play with great intensity, with a lot of contact and aggressive defense on the ball. We will have to be focused in attack to face a tough rearguard, limiting turnovers and making good decisions against their pressure. It is a match that requires energy and solidity, both offensively and defensively. Last night they played an excellent match against Red Star, a Euroleague team. They are very competitive overall and for this reason we will have to prepare ourselves mentally for a difficult challenge.”
The match will be directed by the referee team composed of Mehmet Sahin (TUR), Elvis Binders-Coders (LAT) and Tomasz Wit Langowski (POL) and will be broadcast live on Teletricolore (Digital Terrestrial channel 97) and on the FIBA YouTube channel.
Even today evening the We CaRE moment will be celebrated, the Pallacanestro Reggiana container that brings together activities related to the third sector.
The Match Sponsor of the evening will be Coopservice, a group specialized in facility services to clean, sanitize and make spaces, homes and workplaces more efficient, partner of the Hand Up Project, dedicated to the psychophysical well-being of young athletes in the area. The award will be given to Andrea Menozzi, Head of the Youth Sector of Pallacanestro Reggiana, demonstrating the value of the project and the commitment of those who support it for the training and growth of the young people involved.
The club reminds you that tickets for the match are still available, which can be purchased online on Vivaticket, at the StoRE in Piazza Prampolini and at the PalaBigi ticket offices, open from 6.30pm on the day of the match.
The University Promo will also be active, which will allow you to watch the match for just 10 euros, with a free beer and a packet of crisps for those who show their university badge at the entrance to the building.
