The president of Besiktas confirms, out loud, that he received a proposal from Benfica for Rafa Silva. At a press conference in which he addressed the market, Serdar Adali states that he sent a counter-proposal to Clube da Luz.
«I already mentioned that Benfica approached this issue [Rafa Silva]. We transmitted our request in the last few days. If they reach that level, Rafa will play for Benfica», he began by saying. However, he left a warning.
