Pro Patria Judo: IlBustese.it’s Winning Start

Crackling start for the Campus Pro Patria Judo.

After New Year’s Eve 2026, two athletes Guarnoni and Montefusco, accompanied by president Claudio Zanesco, went to Lignano for an internship, the Winter Camp, now in its 28th edition. More than 1,200 athletes from all over Europe competed from 3 to 6 January in the splendid setting of the Effa Village.

On Saturday 10 January the traditional start of the year party was held at the headquarters. In the presence of the deputy mayor and sports councilor Luca Folegani who with his parents attended a training session between adults and children, proceeding with the award ceremony of the athletes who medaled at the Regional Championships and up to 5th place in the National finals.

Mentioned were: Gallazzi Andrea, Risico Davide and Matilde Montani for the Regional results, Federica Mara, Antonio Polmo and Christian Sagunti for the Overall National results, Federico Barban for the results at the Cadet finals, Francesca D’Orazio who has continued her sporting activity in Australia for two years and won an important international tournament with the flag of the Bustocca club. This was followed by welcome refreshments for parents and children.
